Full-Time Account Executive

• Responsible for a $2.5M revenue target.
• Manage inbound leads and develop own pipeline through strategic outbound efforts.
• Own and manage all processes from lead qualification, needs + strategy consultation, through to the client kick-off meeting.
• Collaboratively create and present comprehensive SEO, PPC, and Analytics strategies to prospective clients.
• Conduct preliminary competitive SEO, PPC, and Analytics analyses for inbound leads.
• Prepare and deliver site-specific proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Become a thought leader in the space.
• Ensure a smooth transition between Business Strategy and account teams.
• Leverage sales methodologies, with a preference for MEDDIC.
• Represent Seer at conferences and in-person client visits (20-25% travel).

• 3+ years in Digital Marketing / Digital Business Development.
• Proven track-record of exceeding goals.
• Ability to understand client’s business challenges.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience pitching to decision-makers at Enterprise-level companies.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, BuiltWith, etc.
• Diplomatic with strong negotiation skills.
• Open to learning and using AI.
• Strong expectation setting and communication.
• Experience in building and managing sales pipeline.
• Adept at outbound prospecting techniques.
• Proficiency in using sales methodologies, particularly MEDDIC.
