Full-Time Account Manager I

Account Manager I leads individual client projects focused on moderately complex survey designs, sampling, deliverables, and client timelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and maintaining data collection and reporting for Press Ganey Member Experience products.
• Designing, building, and configuring survey reports/dashboards on multiple platforms.
• Acting as the primary liaison between clients, the Press Ganey account team, and other stakeholders.
• Meeting client expectations consistently, developing relationships, and exceeding client expectations with value-added service.
• Managing moderately complex Health Plan clients with multiple ongoing projects.
• Project Management: Updating survey design, programming designs into platforms, updating dashboard reporting, partnering with clients for pre-launch testing, managing project timelines (client-facing & internal), leading kick-off calls, and tracking response rates/sampling.
• Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identifying and proactively solving problems, providing support for service failures and recovery.
• Providing regular client support and status reports.
• Working effectively within a team with cross-functional partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in healthcare, quality improvement, project management, or experience improvement.
• Understanding of health care, health plans, and member experience challenges.
• Proven excellence in client support and service.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and research.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Compensation:

Base salary range: $54,000 - $91,000.
