The Account Manager for Low Potential (LoPo) Accounts is a key member of the Sales team, responsible for maintaining consistent communication, ensuring service execution, and identifying pockets of expansion within a defined book of lower-complexity accounts. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service instincts and foundational sales skills.
What the role entails:
- Account Maintenance & Responsiveness: Serve as the primary point of contact, monitor service obligations, track account activity.
- Customer Engagement & Retention: Manage contract renewals, build trust, maintain regular touchpoints.
- Scalable Upsell Awareness: Introduce new offerings, identify customer fit for upsell opportunities.
- Internal Coordination & Follow-Through: Act as a connector between customer and internal teams.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:
