Job Details
The Account Manager will focus on deepening client relationships to generate incremental business and provide excellent customer services.
Duties Include:
- Owning bidding process for projects
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sale growth
- Maintaining existing business by managing contracts and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
- Networking within existing client contacts
- Organising client and internal kick off calls, developing proposals
- Consulting with clients on sample design and business issues
- Providing superior customer service
- Diplomatically responding to difficult client issues
- Managing bid requests, and ensuring proper and timely delivery
- Following up on bids
- Collaborating with partners and vendors
- Acting as the liaison between Sales and Project Managers
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-2 years of professional market research experience
- Experience in healthcare market research is a plus
- Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Strong self-discipline and organizational habits
- Excellent presentation skills
- Willing to work in night shifts (US Shift)
