Your Role in Our Journey: As our company continues to evolve, we are excited to welcome an Accounting Associate to our growing finance team. This role is open to enhance our payroll processing.
The impact you could have:
- Help us keep payroll running smoothly for our Canadian, US, and UK team members.
- Work on making the accounts payable process as easy as pie.
- Be the go-to person for the finance team managing our email inbox.
- Be there for the Jane team on Slack answering questions about benefits.
- Work with the team to build and update Notion guides.
The experience we feel we need:
- Relevant experience in accounting or payroll.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ethical integrity and discretion.
- Curious and unafraid to question.

- Actively seeking mentorship.
Compensation Expectations:
Minimum annual salary of $52,000 and maximum annual salary of $78,000.
Starting salary of $61,800.
