Job Details
We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Lead in the Fremont, CA area. This position is at a manufacturing company. This is a long-term, full-time position located Onsite Mon-Fri. Job Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Post customer payments and ensure accounts are up to date
- Generate reports on accounts payable and receivable activities
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
