We are searching for an attentive and analytical Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with receivables management, proactive collections outreach, transaction reconciliation, and account administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage receivables
- Reach out to customers with open invoices
- Collect payments
- Update accounts to reflect changes
- Coordinate with resellers and customers for quoting, supplier updates, PO issuance, or internal approvals to enable invoices to be paid.
- Prepare consolidated account statements for resellers and MSPs
- Identify and resolve billing and account errors
- Assist with other accounting duties and participate in departmental projects.
Requirements:
- A passion for helping Bitwarden users.
- Strong sense of empathy and the ability to advocate for others.
- Experience with customer service and billing issues.
- Understanding of confidential billing and accounting information.
- Superb organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving skills, good judgment, and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong work ethic
- Experience multitasking in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with cloud and/or web-based applications (a plus).
- Experience with Stripe (a plus).
- Experience in retail or other fast-paced customer-facing environments (a plus).
