Full-Time Customer Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• First-line support handling customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone (rarely). English required.
• Provide consultations on products/services (CDN, Cloud, Streaming, Hosting, DNS, Storage).
• Resolve technical issues by providing technical diagnostics and gathering customer/user incident information; escalate to higher support levels if needed.

We Expect you to Have:

• 1+ year of Customer/Technical Support experience
• Good experience with Zendesk and Jira
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
• Good understanding of hardware and software diagnostics (reading logs, etc.)
• English level B2 or higher
• Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Quick learner, organized, and a team player
• Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills
• Able to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks

Nice to Have:

• German language proficiency (B1 or higher)
• Experience with CDN, Cloud, or DNS
• Experience with Linux and API

About the schedule:

• Two consecutive night shifts, followed by two days off
• Shift: 19:00 PM to 07:00 AM local time (11 hours including a 1-hour break)
