Full-Time Implementation Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Implementation Manager to help with customer training and onboarding for SMB Customers.

Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers, helping them through onboarding and implementation to "go live" on the Levelset platform. Decrease time-to-value for our growing customer base and drive product adoption.

As the first touchpoint after purchase, you'll deliver a WOW initial experience, setting customers up for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct customer training sessions on Levelset products, methodologies, and best practices (phone, screen-share, email, in-person).
• Manage SMB customer onboarding through webinars and 1:1 meetings.
• Develop new training content (guides, webinars, videos, knowledge base).
• Collaborate with customer success managers for account notes and support.
• Assist customers with basic Levelset integrations with other systems.
• Understand customer data (jobs, contacts, financials) and its synchronization with Levelset.
• Work closely with the Education Experts team for process innovation and scaling.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in Customer Success or Onboarding, working directly with customers
• Proven ability to guide customers through new processes.
• Outstanding communication skills (phone, email, video).
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner.

Compensation: $42,840 - $58,905 base salary, plus commission ($50,400 - $69,300 estimated on-target earnings). Equity compensation also available.
