Full-Time Enrollment Specialist- Remote

Enrollment Specialist serves as a team member to build trusted relationships with students.

Responsibilities:

• Master the enrollment process, including financial aid.
• Communicate program value propositions via various methods (phone, mail, etc.) to enable informed decisions.
• Address and resolve student issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assess qualification for all programs (including Doctoral and Alumni).
• Conduct quality inbound/outbound communications, complete/accurate applications, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Maintain accurate student information and observe confidentiality.
• Support program persistence and generate referral activity.
• Work collaboratively with the team and other departments.
• Participate in training sessions for student enrollment and team collaboration.
• Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of customer service/account management/relationship building experience, 1+ year of admissions experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - preferred), confident telephone presence, excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team player, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, high-level understanding of products/degree programs, effective time management skills, ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment, ability to receive constructive feedback and demonstrate accountability, must successfully complete training.
• Compensation: $18.15 - $32.86 (adjusted based on experience and training, location, etc.).
