FAN EXPO HQ is the world's largest pop-culture event producer. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the hero ensuring our fans have exceptional experiences.
This remote gig lets you work from home, but on-site presence at select events is required throughout the year. Remote support for other events is also needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service via email and in-person.
- Travel to events for on-site customer service.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing for customer/ticketing issues.
- Work with Marketing and ticket providers to improve fan experience.
- Offer solutions, follow-up, and escalate issues as needed.
- Handle order placement, refunds, upgrades, exchanges.
- Manage a high volume of incoming emails and provide info.
- Assist with accessibility requests.
- Maintain accurate records and file necessary documents.
- Adhere to communication procedures and policies.
- Compile reports on customer satisfaction, ticketing, etc.
- Assist with ticket builds and Will Call requests.
- Support RFID badge ordering and fulfillment.
- Contribute to enhancing FAN EXPO shows.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in events.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time remotely.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site at events.
- Proficiency in customer service software (e.g., Zendesk), Word, Excel.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player.
- Located in the United States.
