Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

Overall Purpose of Job: The role is responsible for facilitating, posting, and clearing third-party customer payments for entities in scope. It involves providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to internal and external parties. This includes sales, treasury, customers, auditors, and authorities. The role also facilitates dispute resolution and maintains clean account balances through inter-departmental cooperation.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary.
• Day-to-day operations in credit management, invoicing, incoming payment processing, collection management, and customer disputes.
• AR Closing and periodical activities.
• Adherence to service levels, policies, and procedures and internal controls.
• Issue discovery, evaluation, and resolution.
• Process improvement efforts.
• Collaboration with business and stakeholders for professional relationships.
• Ambassadorship for the organization to customers.
• Process manual creation and updates.

Education: University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or experience in the Finance & Accounting field.

Work experience: Strong AR knowledge with at least 3 years in finance operations, ideally in SSC.

Technical/IT knowledge: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and SAP FI Module.

Language: Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Required Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive and outcome-focused attitude. Self-motivation.
