Full-Time Analyst - HR

• Provide day-to-day support on HR activities.
• Maintain HR systems and databases with accurate and timely information.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and routine processes.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and basic HR metrics.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support offboarding tasks.
• Help organize employee engagement events, team-building activities, and HR programs.
• Address employee queries promptly and direct them to the relevant local/ global team members when required.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive, supportive, and efficient workplace culture.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar HR support role.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
