Join our dynamic team as an Application Support Analyst, delivering top-notch technical assistance to Aledade app users (internal and external).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist users via chat, resolving technical issues using predefined steps.
  • Triage incomplete support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues (via tickets) with predefined steps covering areas like App Access, Practice Location, Providers, Users, Patient Merges, Telehealth, etc.
  • Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under senior team member supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings.
  • Basic understanding of HL7 SIU/ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA (including transmission methods).
  • Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders.
  • Basic analytical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills (professional communication, active listening, patience, positive language, handling complaints professionally, and empathy).
  • Teamwork and ability to accept constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or execute SQL statements written by other team members.
