Full-Time Area Sales Manager

Scientia Vascular is seeking an experienced sales professional for the Florida area.

What you will do:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) serves within the Sales organization reporting directly to their assigned Area Sales Director. The ASM is responsible for sales and customer support in their assigned territory.

• Works closely with the Area Sales Director to identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential by account.
• Develops and implements sales strategies and tactics.
• Completes a thorough analysis of the territory and identifies key target accounts.
• Collaborates with the Area Sales Director on contracts, pricing, and vendor documentation requirements.
• Implements and executes launch strategies and provides product introductions and in-services for customers.
• Maintains clinical and technical expertise through training and educational opportunities.
• Prepares and submits reports to sales management.
• Complies with all company, hospital/institution, and Advised guidelines.

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Healthcare Degree (such as NP, RN, or RT)
• Five or more years of sales experience in the medical device industry, specifically interventional devices and preferably within the neurovascular market.
• Proficiency using CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Must be able to complete all credentialing requirements for access to specific hospitals/institutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass standard pre-employment screens.

Compensation: Base salary plus excellent commission plan.

Location: Remote position in Florida.
