Associate Client Director, Industry Insights
Lead a team of Client Managers, ACMs, and Analysts to support clients in analyzing data using NIQ tools and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics team: Guide, coach, and develop team members, providing timely feedback and recognition.
- Own CS Industry Insights mission: Deliver Thought Leadership and drive team KPIs.
- Partner with Account Leads: Transform customer experience for clients.
- Drive Service Model & JBP execution: Ensure team members complete the Academy successfully.
- Utilize data for impactful presentations: Guide the team in using relevant data to create presentations with insights and recommendations.
- Manage client expectations: Manage and guide team on project scoping, prioritization, and time management.
- Develop strong probing skills: Identify the most important business questions for clients.
- Lead generation: Identify opportunities for incremental sales through client relationships.
- Prevent and remove roadblocks: Partner with stakeholders to prevent and resolve potential problems.
- Drive customer satisfaction: Deliver best-in-class analyses and relevant insights.
- Bi-lingual team leader (CPS+RMS): Demonstrate a consumer-driven marketing culture and probe clients for more business questions.
- Generate CPS leads: (upsell contracts, ad-hoc, CAS).
- Win-back clients: Persuade win-back clients on NIQ's superior CPS proposition.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CPG industry or related fields.
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ or similar solutions (POS/Panel data).
- Experience in leading or coaching teams.
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Digital savvy.
- Fast learner.
- Deep industry knowledge and Thought Leadership.
- Proficiency in pulling, analyzing, and incorporating NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
- Proficiency in utilizing Discover to diminish client concerns.
- Ability to coach others in data analysis.
Compensation:
Market-competitive salary, $110,000 - $112,000 base compensation (negotiable based on experience).
