Sobi Canada is seeking an Associate Director of Field Market Access.
Responsibilities:
- Secure timely Market Access for all Sobi products in your region and through Private Payers.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize the patient access strategy and payer value proposition.
- Build and maintain an extensive network of relevant stakeholders within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute robust regional plans for patient access based on Sobi Canada’s strategic objectives.
- Manage and partner with relevant regional and national patient groups, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee Product Listing Agreement initiatives and payer engagements, including negotiation strategy.
- Participate on Brand Teams, advising on issues pertaining to reimbursement and stakeholder relations.
- Maintain strong understanding of the Canadian policy landscape, payer environment, CADTH, INESSS, pCPA, and provincial decision-making process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required, ideally in a scientific field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in market access and/or related functions (e.g. HEOR).
- Canadian market access, health economics and reimbursement experience strongly preferred.
- min. 7 yrs experience in field facing roles in pharmaceuticals in Canada
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the current pharmaceutical and biological health policy and private payer arenas.
- Strong Commercial/ business background an asset
