Full-Time Associate Director of Talent Acquisition

BillionToOne, a next-generation molecular diagnostics company, seeks an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, Prenatal.

Responsibilities:

• Build a scalable recruiting function attracting top prenatal talent.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting team for best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with executive leadership to align recruitment with business objectives.
• Analyze recruitment trends, providing insights & recommendations.
• Promote company culture and employer brand.
• Drive diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
• Manage recruitment budget.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years in leadership at a high-growth startup.
• Experience leading recruiting at a medical diagnostics company, building commercial teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes & candidate selection methods.
• Proficiency with recruiting systems (Greenhouse, Gem, TalentWall).
• Experience working remotely, with high accountability.
• Experience coaching hiring managers and developing strategic recruiting plans.
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines.

Compensation:

$324,042 total compensation package, including a base pay range of $187,272 to $208,080 per year.
