Job Details

Associate Director of RCM Vendor Partnerships & Client Success will serve as the key leader responsible for managing and optimizing relationships with revenue cycle management (RCM) vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Performance Management:Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and SLAs for all RCM vendors.Conduct regular performance reviews.Identify performance gaps and collaborate with vendors to implement corrective action plans.
  2. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendor partners.Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors.Partner with vendors to develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  3. Collaboration with Operational Leaders:Work closely with operational leaders.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.Provide strategic insights.
  4. Leadership and Team Development:Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Associates.Develop team goals and performance metrics.Provide training, coaching, and feedback.Conduct regular team meetings.
  5. Client Success Initiatives:Oversee integration of vendor services into client workflows.Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance experiences.Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities.
  6. Contract and Budget Oversight:Assist in negotiating vendor contracts and amendments.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and budgetary constraints.Provide regular reporting on vendor performance, costs, and ROI.
  7. Strategic Planning and Innovation:Continuously evaluate the vendor landscape.Develop a strategic roadmap for vendor partnerships.Advocate for process improvements.
  8. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, client success, or operations
  • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of RCM processes, industry regulations, and vendor management best practices
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive accountability
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and vendor management software
