What we are looking for:
We’re on the lookout for a people-first, detail-oriented Associate Experience Coordinator to be a key support to our 50+ associate clinicians.
Our associate clinicians are the heart of what we do. Creating a positive, supportive, and engaging experience for them is essential to our mission.
Supporting the Talent and People Ops Manager, you'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our clinicians, ensuring they have what they need to thrive.
You’ll also play a big part behind the scenes, helping to keep things running smoothly, from onboarding and engagement initiatives to compliance and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to person for associates, answering questions and ensuring they have everything they need to thrive.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
- Help associates navigate challenges and resolve concerns fairly and thoughtfully.
- Assist in delivering engaging onboarding experiences.
- Run quarterly recertification checks and maintain accurate associate records.
- Support associate retention efforts and identify engagement challenges.
- Support Associates in maintaining high standards of client documentation.
- Support the Talent and People Ops Manager in bringing new ideas to life.
- Keep our associate handbooks and procedures fresh and user-friendly.
- Help rollout engagement surveys and track trends to improve the associate experience.
- Work closely with clinicians to increase engagement and availability.
Requirements:
- 2+ years People Ops, HR or People support experience, ideally in a high-growth start-up.
- Understanding of UK employment laws and best practices, particularly IR35 regulation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Culture champion who brings teams together.
- Solutions-focused and comfortable navigating change.
- Passionate about building a supportive workplace.
Bonus (Not Essential): Experience building engagement in a remote environment. Proficiency using other SaaS tools.
