Full-Time Associate Market Access & Pricing

THE POSITION: This role supports project teams in optimizing reimbursement for client products in Canada, focusing on demonstrating treatment value to payers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support submissions to CADTH, INESSS, PMPRB, provincial agencies, and private payers by conducting research, summarizing findings, and appraising literature.
• Assist with report writing and submission dossier components, including clinical landscape reviews, summaries, budget impact models, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, payer-specific documents, and pricing analysis.
• Stay updated on CADTH and INESSS submission guidelines and support project leads with document compilation.
• Develop specialized knowledge of private payer and provincial submission requirements, and support submission document development and distribution.
• Prepare presentations for project leads and clients.
• Assist in developing tools for negotiation with pCPA and Product Listing Agreements (PLAs).
• Enhance project management and client-facing skills through internal presentations, liaison between clients and payers, and participation in client check-in calls.
• Monitor and analyze the Canadian access and reimbursement landscape, providing clients with market updates.
• Contribute to EVERSANA's research efforts on pharmaceutical policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• University degree (Masters preferred) in health services research, public health, epidemiology, economics, or pharmacy.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in project teams.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Adaptability to changing needs and environments.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Business-level English proficiency; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
