Responsibilities
- Assist Chief Medical Officer in creating grants for funding and content.
- Collaborate with internal/external faculty for grants and activities.
- Collaborate with VP of educational development to develop funding grants.
- Write multiple needs assessments/grants weekly.
- Coordinate and finalize grant submission sections.
- Adapt grant documents to supporter needs.
- Identify RFPs/CGAs in the dermatology space.
- Partner with faculty to create high-quality educational content.
- Create engaging, measurable pre/post test questions.
- Coordinate and finalize slide presentations.
- Collaborate with CME accrediting bodies.
- Work with grant writer on needs assessments/proposals.
- Handle multiple formats and disease areas.
- Fact-check information.
- Assist in completing CME accreditation documents.
- Analyze activity outcomes.
Qualifications
- Advanced medical/science degree or 2+ years medical education experience.
- Knowledge of medical education rules/regulations and industry trends.
- Ability to learn new diseases/conditions.
- Familiarity with dermatologic conditions (preferred).
- Experience working with faculty experts.
- Needs assessment writing experience.
- Strong research, compilation, and analysis skills.
- Strong editorial skills.
- Ability to adapt to various educational formats and target audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/assignments.
- Positive, upbeat personality with strong written/verbal communication skills.
- AMA Style Guide comprehension.
- Proven success creating pre/post test questions and analyzing outcomes reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
