Full-Time Associate Recruiter

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global Talent team at a hyper-growth, late-stage fintech startup.

What you'll do

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and interviewers
• Partner with recruiters to source top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Ashby, and other tools
• Assist with application reviews to help identify high-potential candidates quickly and thoughtfully
• Own and optimize key workflows in our ATS (Ashby) to support scalability, data integrity, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with our People Analytics & Programs Manager on special projects that support hiring strategy and recruiting excellence
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey
• Serve as a trusted partner to recruiters by helping drive team success through strong communication, organization, and process support
• Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline recruiting processes

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar talent support role
• Experience working with an ATS (bonus points for Ashby) and a strong interest in learning recruiting tools and systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

Compensation

Includes a base salary and a variety of benefits.

The Canadian base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 CAD.
