Full-Time Associate Talent Sourcer

Associate Talent Sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates.

Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Remote, should be based in the US
Work Schedule: M-F, will support Eastern Timezone, 8am-5pm/9am-6pm

Specific Requirements: Interviewing/Screening experience is a must. Workday knowledge is a must. Coming from RPO is a huge plus.

• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on different job boards to boost candidate interest.
• Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods on online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Initiating communication with prospective candidates, building relationships, and providing information about job opportunities.
• Evaluating candidate qualifications through initial phone or video interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Maintaining accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems.
• Working backwards from agreed metrics to optimize the sourcing strategy.
• Supporting recruiters on ad hoc sourcing tasks.
• Promoting the employer brand and influencing others to leverage social media.
• Coordinating feedback and facilitating the recruitment process.
• Actively seeking and engaging with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function.

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within 90 days.
• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration.
• Some experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in sourcing methods (e.g., basic Boolean search).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $57,000 (depending on experience, location, and industry knowledge).

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, HSA, holiday pay, PTO, 401k with a 50% match up to 4%, VTO.
