Full-Time Associate Therapist

Associate Therapist works in a dynamic multidisciplinary team providing treatment services.

Essential Job Functions

• Ensures clinical documentation is completed timely.
• Completes documentation requirements for compliance.
• Establishes therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Facilitates admission assessments and process for new patients.
• Participates in weekly treatment team meetings.
• Completes therapy sessions, including family sessions.
• Facilitates process-oriented and psychoeducational groups.
• Required to sit at a meal and/or snack.
• Facilitates multi-family groups, family program and/or family weekend.
• Provides utilization reviews for insurance companies.
• Completes discharge session with patient.
• Ensures discharge appointments are confirmed.
• Communicates with referral sources and outpatient providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field.
• Completion of state requirements.
• Operates under supervision and is not licensed.
• Obtain CPI certification within 90 days.
• Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days.
• Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Current driver’s license.
