- Partner closely with our global benefits vendors, Payroll, and People Operations teams to ensure seamless enrollment, data accuracy, and a supportive and positive employee experience.

- Maintain a high standard of data integrity across all our HR systems and assist with generating reports that help us understand program effectiveness and make better decisions.
What you bring:

- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience administering benefits or LOA across multiple global regions (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC).
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or remote-first organization.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies or specific HRIS/benefits platforms.
- A demonstrated passion for the broader field of Total Rewards, including an interest in learning about compensation and equity principles.
