Full-Time AVP, People Operations

• Partner with People Partners to support organizational design, workforce planning, and M&A transitions.
• Lead change management efforts across Agile initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic HR generalist on projects like onboarding redesign and talent planning.
• Act as a consultative partner to senior stakeholders.
• Provide support across the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Agile team members to align system/process changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Draft or update related materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external employment regulations.

• 6–8 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting organizational design, restructuring, or M&A integration.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• A mindset focused on improvement and delivering people solutions.
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Agile models.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
