The OpportunitySeeking an In-Clinic or In-Home BCBA to lead a team of BTs and RBTs, deliver evidence-based treatment, and ensure quality care for a caseload of 10-15 patients. Remote opportunities available.
Responsibilities
- Manage treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver training.
- Coach and mentor BTs/RBTs through performance management and ongoing training.
- Develop individualized plans and behavior strategies; complete reauthorizations.
- Ensure high standards of care through data collection, fidelity checks, and note review.
- Uphold BACB standards and actively engage in MGA's professional culture.
What You'll Bring
- Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current BCBA Certification with BACB
- Minimum 2 years experience with ASD population, and 1+ year in ABA
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong skills in early intervention, assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP), and reporting
