Job Details
Reporting to the Manager of People Development and Training, the Recruitment Coordinator will support national recruitment initiatives across EMCO.
- Support the national recruitment team in finding top talent for our national Management Development program, including resume screening, phone screening, and virtual interviewing.
- Support the coordination of career fair events.
- Work with leadership to help onboard new hires.
- Create and manage all job postings for the Management Development Program and National Support Centre.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Draft effective job ads.
- Help coordinate the annual national Future Leader Conference for approximately 100 attendees.
- Maintain a standard of quality and consistency in all deliverables.
- Leverage stakeholders to provide consistent feedback.
- Bilingual in English/French required
- All other duties as required
