We implement eCommerce platforms, payment gateways, search engines, content management systems, ERPs, and CRMs. We also develop new commerce functionalities. We specialize in Headless and Composable Commerce. We create flexible, connectable, and scalable stores for enhanced user experiences.

About the Opportunity: As a Technical Recruiter at Gluo, you will hire diverse and high-performing teams across the Americas, reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent & Culture. You will lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Build and nurture pipelines for technical roles.
• Advise hiring managers, providing tailored talent solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and scheduling.
• Amplify the employer brand through engaging job posts and social media outreach.
• Stay informed on market trends and best practices.
• Represent Orium's culture and values.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of technical recruitment experience (ideally in fast-paced environments)
• Preferred: Combination of recruitment experience in Mexico and Canada/US
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
