Full-Time Broker Academy Manager

Pathway for Broker Development: The pathway for a broker's development takes 12-18+ months. Lendi Group's Aussie Graduate Program provides foundational skills for success.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager, the COE Academy Manager delivers an 8-week national Lendi Group Broker Academy. This role facilitates and coaches brokers to improve sales, mortgage lending, and customer experience. The role collaborates with Sales Leaders, Franchisees, and key stakeholders to support new brokers. The role also creates and maintains learning content, uses data to optimize broker performance, and ensures compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Lendi Group Graduate Programme.
• Facilitate systems usage, process enablement, customer qualification, and core sales skills.
• Conduct risk analysis and lender presentations, compliance and Customer Experience training.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and develop GROW/Coaching plans for performance improvements.
• Foster a positive work environment through relationship management.
• Develop and implement communication strategies for training programs.
• Track performance using data analytics to optimize metrics.
• Integrate innovative learning solutions (AI, gamification).
• Align training with business objectives to maximize broker performance and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home loan lending (broker or lender).
• Strong facilitation and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and coach for improvement.
• Skills in creating and delivering training (face-to-face, virtual, eLearning).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, and Slack.
• Adaptable to change.
