Full-Time Budget Controller

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Budget Controller to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong financial management and controlling background, with a passion for operational accuracy and strategic insight.

This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in financial systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

1. Oversee and ensure compliance with company budgets and financial plans.
2. Review and approve expense requests and manage their submission into 1C.
3. Control financial transactions and ensure correct expense allocation.
4. Monitor payment processes and coordinate approval workflows.
5. Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding payments and budget-related matters.
6. Participate in the budgeting process, including updates and forecasting.
7. Consolidate financial data and manage large datasets for analysis and reporting.
8. Perform ad hoc financial control and analysis tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally in a controlling or financial analysis position.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with 1C and task management tools such as Asana or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of managerial accounting principles.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost allocation methodologies.
• Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken).
• Native Ukrainian is required.
