About the role:As a Business Analyst, you will be critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Your ability to work independently, coupled with your strong analytical skills, will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Analyze complex business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency across departments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical solutions by collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with requirements and objectives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analytics to assess business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Change Management: Facilitate smooth implementation of new systems or processes by creating training materials, conducting workshops, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Risk & Issue Identification: Identify potential risks and issues in projects, proactively addressing them to minimize impact and ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in business analysis or a similar role, with a focus on delivering process improvements and effective solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and business analysis tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail in documenting requirements, creating reports, and managing project timelines and priorities.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively, identifying innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
