Job Details
The Regional Business Development Manager drives sales growth of equipment and software within the Document Handling product line. This role delivers product training and sales support to Direct and Dealer sales teams.
Sales Growth & Product Advocacy:
- Increase regional sales through strategic initiatives.
- Promote product awareness and competitive positioning.
Product Training:
- Design and deliver impactful product training programs.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the mailing and document handling industry.
Sales Support & Dealer Engagement:
- Provide consultative support to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify opportunities.
Content Development & Presentation Leadership:
- Serve as a presenter, shaping product presentations.
- Help with training programs for sales and service teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Experience in business development or product advocacy.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
