Full-Time Business Development Representative - Midwest

• Initiate contact with prospective new clients in our Healthcare market.
• Generate interest in a discovery meeting with an established RRD Sales Executive.
• Identify multiple contact points within a supplied list of targets.
• Conduct online research to better understand the prospect and contact points business objectives.
• Generate a high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting for Healthcare accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop a list of target prospects
• Effectively & smoothly transition a lead to an account executive following the first discovery meeting
• Actively utilize Salesforce for all activities related to Lead Generation
• Meet with Sales Leaders to evaluate strategy

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and telemarketing with an emphasis on cold calling
• Experience with cold calling techniques and the use of Salesforce CRM technology
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent Telephone Sales
• Understand how to solve business needs
• Demonstrated ability to close new business
