Everience Belgium is seeking a goal-oriented Business Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing various projects.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying and acquiring new clients and projects (70% of role)
- Utilize CRM tools to support commercial prospecting and maintain a qualified resource pool
- Develop and present appropriate commercial offers in response to relevant calls for tender
- Manage existing client portfolios, providing your own momentum to assigned territories
- Support ongoing service delivery by monitoring performance, scheduling, time management, and career development for team members
- Oversee client relationships, including needs assessment, pricing, timelines, contractual elements, and resource allocation
- Handle client invoicing and financial aspects of projects
- Identify and implement new strategies for territory growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
