We're seeking a motivated Business Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and support our hiring needs across core business functions.
The ideal candidate will have foundational recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and a passion for delivering great candidate experiences.
At Rillet, we embrace flexible work arrangements with a remote-first culture. While this position offers remote work flexibility, we have a preference for candidates located within commuting distance of our New York City or San Francisco hubs to facilitate in-person collaboration when needed.
- Support hiring across core business functions including accounting, finance, operations, sales, marketing, and revenue operations, primarily focusing on individual contributor and early-career positions
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and building talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from initial screening through offer stage, ensuring positive candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and support effective interview processes
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with exposure to business functions such as accounting, finance, sales, marketing, operations, or related areas
- Basic understanding of business roles across multiple functions with eagerness to deepen expertise in accounting, finance, and go-to-market recruitment
- Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions and build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Process-oriented mindset with interest in using data and metrics to improve recruiting outcomes and efficiency
- High performance recruiting in a high-growth startup or agency setting
