The Campaigns Advisor will support Oxfam America (OUS) advocacy campaigns as a versatile team member managing campaign planning and execution. They will proactively manage multiple projects and help drive impact on behalf of Oxfam’s advocacy agenda.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the implementation of campaign activities, serve as project lead for events and mobilizations.
- Research & Strategy Support: Conduct research and power mapping to identify key decision-makers.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coalition Building: Coordinate outreach with key allies and networks to advance campaign goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align strategies and implement joint tactics.
- Demonstrates Continuous Learning

- Centers Equity and Justice
- Promotes a Safe and Accountable Culture
- Supports Impact-Driven Campaigns
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in public policy, or related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in public policy, advocacy campaigning, or political engagement.
- Experience coordinating campaign activities and mobilizations.
- Knowledge of US policymaking processes.
- Commitment to equity, gender justice, and racial justice.
