Candidate Experience Analyst
About the Role: The Candidate Experience Analyst will contribute to our Talent Acquisition Enablement function, building best-in-class candidate experiences across TKWW’s hiring pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Candidate Experience strategy.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvements.
- Monitor candidate satisfaction metrics and pipeline health.
- Build and maintain candidate communication templates.
- Manage high-volume candidate interactions, coordinating interviews through Greenhouse.
Successful Candidate Experience Analysts Have:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or recruitment operations.
- Ability to build and optimize processes.
- Experience with ATS platforms (ideally Greenhouse) is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- A data-driven mindset.
- Passion for delivering memorable candidate moments.
- Advanced / fluent English.
