Career Services Manager
This is a direct hire position. This role is primarily in-person.
Job Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Recruitment: Oversee full recruitment life cycle from order intake to placement.
- Metrics Adherence: Meet recruitment and client metrics.
- Collaborative Engagement: Attend company meetings, collaborate with teams, and grow client relationships.
- Talent Support: Support talent from onboarding to workplace issues.
- Collaboration with Coalition: Collaborate with talent developers and employers.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related experience.
- Experience in staffing, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Recruiting experience (matching talent with jobs, managing recruitment).
- Understanding of employment laws.
- Client/account management experience.
- Experience in startup or small business environments.
Skills Needed
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Adaptability & cross-departmental collaboration.
- Passion for recruiting.
- Ability to interact with talent.
Location
This in-person role is in the San Francisco Bay Area, with possible worksites in Menlo Park, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose.
Compensation
Salary: $80,000 per year. Opportunity for incentives.
