Full-Time Career Transition Specialist

• Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness.
• Provide appropriate referrals and support services.
• Ensures timely placement and retention in quality jobs, the military, or further education.
• Promotes job development through contact with employers.
• Clearly communicates and models appropriate CSS and employability skills.
• Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property.
• Adheres to safety practices.
• Fosters a conducive environment free from harassment.
• Attends all required staff training.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or Associate’s degree with two years related experience.
• Experience working with diverse youth.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
