Full-Time Case Officer - Medical Information Exchange

Job Summary: As the business expands, we seek enthusiastic individuals to join a dedicated case management team. The role involves facilitating the exchange of health information with speed, simplicity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, meeting service level agreements.
• Liaise with specialists and clinics to obtain medical records.
• Document accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform.
• Manage client relationships and UHG data.
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict management skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Understanding of health practitioner workflows (GPs, injury rehab, legal/insurance) is a plus.
