This is a 12-month apprenticeship opportunity in Austin, TX.

About this Position:This is a 12-month apprenticeship with a global professional services company. You’ll join a high-impact team and support healthcare operations by managing projects and driving process improvements. You will connect Provider Relations and Change Control Management, handling tasks from gathering requirements to post-project implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering and communicate scope/requirement changes to leadership.
• Perform analysis, planning, testing, and deployment of assigned projects.
• Respond to inquiries regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance.
• Research and report issues with findings and recommended solutions.
• Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.

Job Skills/Requirements:

• 6 months-1 year of professional work experience (internships, volunteer, part-time qualify).
• 1+ year experience working with healthcare providers preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work overtime.

Pay Range: $19-20/hour
