Sushi Gourmet is looking for a Full Time Chef Manager to lead our team at Sainsbury's kiosk in Harrogate.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team.
- Maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety.
- Preparing fresh ingredients, including meat and raw fish.
- Accurately labeling products.
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and energetic.
- Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Experience in leading people.
- Understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations.
- Reliable transportation.
