Full-Time Chief of Staff

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the President, the Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a key role in aligning and executing the company's commercial and enterprise-wide priorities.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the President and VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to lead the commercial team's annual strategic planning process.
2. Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) Operations: Drive the rhythm of the business by managing CLT operations and ensuring high-impact meetings.
3. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate commercial objectives.
4. Executive Enablement: Act as a trusted thought partner to the President, preparing briefing materials and presentations.
5. Team Culture & Organizational Health: Maintain a close pulse on team morale and engagement.
6. Internal Communication & Alignment: Ensure effective communication between the President, the commercial team, and the broader organization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategy/management consulting or investment banking/private equity experience
• 3+ years of commercial experience (Marketing, Business Development, or Sales)
• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare (health plan or provider experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate ideas into outcomes
• High Emotional Quotient (EQ)
• Ability to lead with influence and build consensus
• Proficient in data analysis (Excel)
• Bias for action in a fast-paced environment
