Job Details
Client Executive will generate revenue growth and manage Credit Union client relationships. Develop and maintain close alliances with senior client management.
Offer recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiate pricing contracts.
Grasp concepts quickly and share knowledge of the industry, data, software, and analytics to transform customer business.
Collaborate with teams, balance priorities, handle issues, and identify opportunities.
Understand the customer's perspective, speak their language, and promote Experian solutions.
Develop forecasts, advance pipeline, and ensure solution delivery.
Identify new ways to grow business and expand partnerships.
Challenge oneself with opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with teammates and customers to develop leadership skills.
Report to the Senior Director, Credit Unions Northeast.
Remote position, must live in the East Coast.
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of financial services experience required, experience overachieving in selling complex solutions.
Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud, and software solutions within financial services.
Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry.
Understanding of customer priorities and revenue/profit expectations.
Ability to travel.
