Full-Time Client Manager II (Remote)

• Serves as the main point of contact for the client regarding project initiatives.
• Channels project-related communications with the client, vendors, and internal teams.
• Schedules and leads meetings with clients and team members.
• Acts as a consultant to the client for development and management of Vericast's programs/solutions.
• Liaises with production scoping and pricing process, identifying upsell opportunities.
• Liaises with the Business Development Executive and Strategic Account team, managing strategy changes and notifying team members.
• Maintains documentation related to direct marketing and digital campaign projects.
• Liaises with Analytics and Data Services, assisting in writing data processing specifications.
• Liaises with the Creative process, reviewing creative copy and concepts.
• Manages project process through the implementation of company procedures.
• Communicates timelines, manages budgets, and ensures quality control.

• Deepen the client relationship through meaningful engagement.
• Review strategic briefs and coordinate client and team approval.
• Maintain project notes and online folders for assigned jobs.
• Develop written communication to inform team members of project role changes.
