Job Details
This role acts as the primary point of contact for large-scale clients during onboarding.
The Gig:
- Serves as main point of contact for onboarding strategic planning and client requirements.
- Leads discovery sessions to define business requirements.
- Subject matter expert for clients and Businessolver re: delivery model.
- Assesses and mitigates risk.
- Communicates project expectations.
- Participates in business development.
What you need to make the cut:
- 7+ years in benefit administration
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Health & Welfare benefits administration or Consulting, Client Onboarding or IT consulting, benefits administration or SaaS solution implementation is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- MS Office tools fluency
- Experience leading complex projects
- Experience documenting processes
