Full-Time Client Phlebotomy Scheduler

• Responsible for the organization and scheduling of staff assigned to client offices.
• Responsible for morning call offs.
• Prioritizes tasks and can multi-task.
• Provides Lab Day 3 training to new hires.
• Serves as a role model while coaching and developing staff.
• Provides accurate information and timely updates to other departments.
• Addresses questions and concerns promptly.
• Demonstrates teamwork by helping co-workers.
• Communicates effectively with others.
• Manages work schedule efficiently, completing tasks and assignments on time.
• Participates in efforts to reduce costs, streamline work processes and improve and grow services we provide.
• Provides follow up on test results in a professional and courteous manner.
• Continuously updated on information by reading emails.
• Complies with all organizational policies.
• Performs clerical work; faxing, printing, and filing.
• Demonstrates the values of team concept on a consistent basis.
• Interacts with all team members in a professional manner and aids/assists coworkers to complete assigned tasks.

• Bachelors degree.
• Previous oversight of managing a team.
• One or more years of customer service experience.

• Two plus years of experience in customer service, high volume scheduling.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience utilizing computer software programs.
