As a Client Relationship Manager, you will report to the Client Organization, and partner in building and maintaining trusting relationships with our customers.
These relationships are focused on overall satisfaction for assigned clients, ensuring overall satisfaction and revenue protection through relationship management, client health monitoring and helping identify account expansion opportunities.
This is a remote role with approximately 35%+ required travel. Preferred candidates will reside in MA and close surrounding states.
You'll have opportunity to:
- Maintain relationships with clients at an operational level, connecting with the client regularly to assist with issue resolution, goals, initiatives, and delivering product enhancements to align with the client's current needs and future roadmap.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews in tandem with Sales, expressing client successes and Return on investment, including documenting action items and go forward strategy.
- Facilitate proactive use of our client Community, driving client adoption for managing support cases, knowledge and product enhancements.
Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience is required.
35%+ required travel.
Familiar with the broad range of Experian Health products and services.
4 years' experience as a Relationship Manager within healthcare I.T./healthcare revenue cycle and management of multiple provider accounts.
Provider-based background recommended in PAS and/or PFS related roles.
Excellent skills in Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
Experience with Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Registration and backend billing required.
